If Barack Obama Is Found To Not Be A Natural Born Citizen, Would He Still Be Sworn Into Office?

Considering the fact Barack Obama still has not produced a birth certificate, is it possible that when it is finally released (and shows that he is not a natual born citizen, which to me seems like the only reason to hide it) that he would not be aloud to be sworn into office?

The Supreme Court has requested that Mr Obama present certin documents by/on december 1 2008
On am not sure what would happen

we have already one Supreme Court decision decide the presidential election
so we must believe that it can again

Good question, you only asked IF it were true.
BHO still has not provided a Birth Certificate and the Governor of Hawaii is sealing the records … WHY?
It is a “Hypothetical Question” people created because our President elect “might be” trying to hide something when he could have just got it out in the open. If BHO does diplomacy like he has done this election – the rest of the world will hate us EVEN MORE very soon.
I don’t believe the Electoral College has voted, so it would be “interesting” but I don’t know the answer.

he has produced a birth certificate, and it has been proven to be authentic numerous times by experts who actually know something about birth certificates that surpasses reading garbage on someone’s blog.
And if any president wasn’t a naturally born citizen, they would be invalid for the swearing in process. In the case of our current election, Biden would probably have to take his place.

I thought that the states of Hawaii produced a birth certificate, but if for some reason he was not a natural born citizen- then no he would not be able to be sworn in as president. But again, I think that the democratic party would have already looked into all of that. I think Hillary Clinton would have already made this argument if this was a valid compliant.

I don’t mean any disrespect to you, but there is an article from the Associated Press clearly stating that state officials have verified Barack Obama’s birth certificate, and they have no doubt that he was born in Hawaii.
Again, I mean no disrespect to you, but if you are still doubtful, I truly do not know any other way of proving this to you. The Associated Press is one of the world’s highest regarded news companies, and they are extremely reputable.
I really do hope you choose my answer as the best answer, because I have fully clarified any doubt that Barack Obama was not born in the United States of America.

I’m getting really sick of explaining this, but I’ll do it one more time anyway.
Obama is a citizen of the United States. He was borh in Hawaii, while it wa sa U.S. territory. yes, it was not a state at the time, but it was a U.S. territory. John McCain was born on a military base in Panama. This base is not a state either, but just like Hawaii at the tim eBarack was born, iut is considered a U.S. territory.
Therefore, if Barack Obama is not a U.S. citizen, then neither is John McCain… But guess what. They are BOTH U.S. citizens.
Please read a book. Or at least something other than right-wing spin websites.

Even if he wasn’t born a US Citizen, I suspect he can produce a birth certificate. Hell, 10’s of thousands of South Americans do it already.
If he were somehow dumb enough to show us one that says he was NOT born a citizen then he cannot be sworn in. Otherwise he will have to answer to Arnold.

This was actually taken to court twice and was thrown out twice. According to the federal government he’s a natural born citizen, there really isn’t anything at this point that could change that decision, unless there was like video evidence of him being born in Kenya.

Actually, I saw him admit, publicly and on TV, no less, at the annual Alfred E. Newm… uh, SMITH Dinner in New York, and in the presence of John McCain, that he was born on Krypton and was sent to save Planet Earth by his father, Jor-El.

Do you know what a natural born citizen is? Or do you question that his mother was a US citizen? Even if he wasn’t native born (and he is as I’m sure they’ve checked) he’s still natural born as his mother was a U.S. citizen at his birth.

this issue has already been researched, along with the same issue with John McCain being born in PANAMA. Both were found to be eligible for candidacy.
However, he will never be “aloud” to be sworn into office, he will be “allowed.”

Natural born citizen = born in the United States, or you were born outside the U.S. to U.S. citizens. It would not matter if he was born on mars he is still our president.
