His constantly trying to reach out across the aisle to Republicans when they have no intention of ever truly working with him.

He plays basketball and golf.
He appears on late night TV shows like a celebrity.
He gets his picture taken with sports teams he invites to the White House
He makes speeches with his teleprompter at high school graduations.
